The Fallacy of Value Creation in Premium Real Estate: System, Not Brand, Generates Success.
The fundamental workings of the real estate business are the same at every level.
Our area of service is Strategic Real Estate Asset Management.
Our focus area is prime locations in Beşiktaş.
Our focus segment is premium residential and commercial real estate.
The main goal of all our work and our organization is to offer the highest current and future asset valuation to the property owners working with us.
To achieve this goal, it is crucial to correctly understand the market. This involves accurately analyzing current real estate value levels, national and international macroeconomic developments, and implementing strategic decisions for the future with high efficiency.
Another important aspect is reaching the right target audience.
The number of premium residential or commercial real estate buyers in Beşiktaş is extremely limited, while their geographical reach is very broad.
They can be found throughout Turkey as well as in international markets.
Reaching this target audience requires, first and foremost, vision, followed by a qualified infrastructure, systematic and organized work, and also the right organizational structure.
The basic operation of the real estate business is the same at every level.

The vast majority of deals I closed with my colleagues were from outside the office and/or from other brands. Furthermore, I believe that collaborating with franchise brands creates a comfort zone for real estate consultants, allowing them to rely on the "strength" of the brand they're collaborating with, and preventing them from fully focusing on their potential. If we're talking about creating "real, tangible" value, I believe the real estate office should be completely independent.
Especially if the goal is to create attractive value in the upper segment of real estate...
