When it comes to villa areas in the Beşiktaş region, the most dominant region is the first Levent region.
There are many villas used both commercially and residentially in the Levent region.
I also systematically focus on working hours in the Levent villas area every week.
While I am working in the field, I am also developing the necessary infrastructure in the field of marketing.
In villa real estate, the buyer or tenant pool is extremely narrow. However, the buyer is quite broad in the geographical area where the tenant is located.
The extremely small number of buyers in this wide area can only be reached through conscious, precise marketing efforts.
Levent villas area is an extremely large area.
