Çatalca, Potential Living Center Area of the Future.

I was in Çatalca at the weekend for the photo renovation of a detached triplex house for which I work.
We went with the property owner.
Our place was in Duru Site in Ovayenice region, 25 km away from Beylikdüzü.
We reached the site after entering the highway from E-5 and driving for about 4 km.
Everywhere is as untouched meadow and land as possible.
You feel the clean air in your lungs.
You find calmness strange at first.
Even the sound of the tire meeting the soil and gravel relaxes you.
It is very valuable to be located close to Istanbul and yet have the opportunity to be alone with nature.
You can watch the panoramic sea view from the terrace.
Recently, I have started to see the practice of building plots with fences and placing prefabricated houses in them, which has become more prevalent in the region.
Aksaray is approximately 60 km from Ovayenice.
I think that people who have businesses on the European side or in Çorlu, Silivri, Çerkezköy regions will increasingly choose Çatalca as a residential living area.
